If your Merch is faulty on arrival, we’re really sorry. Please drop us an email and attach a picture of your damaged Merch to, and we will get a replacement sent out to you ASAP!


If your Merch isn’t the right size, no problem. Just drop us an email to we’ll get another size sent out to you ASAP. We do ask that you kindly return your original Merch at your own expense, but we’ll cover the shipping for the replacement—no probs!


Please don’t return any merchandise to the address shown in the package. We know that’s confusing, but our clothing comes directly from our print provider (we’ve run out of room at home), and they don’t accept returns, so we won’t be able to retrieve anything from there. We have listed our return address below but please always email first.

If your CD or Vinyl is damaged on arrival, we’re really sorry. We hand check every order before it goes out, but it’s possible one may slip through the WRM net or get damaged on the way. Please email us at with a picture of the damage, and we’ll get a replacement send out totally free of charge. 
Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns if our music isn’t to your taste. Music is in the ear of the beholder, and we understand our music won’t be to everyone’s taste, so if you’re not sure whether we’re for you, we suggest you check us out on YouTube before committing: 



When you order a digital download you will receive a link to download a zip file. This file can’t be downloaded on a phone, so you will need a computer to be able to extract the files. We don’t offer refunds for digital downloads as once we share the link, you will have ongoing access to the files that can’t be retracted our end, but of course we’ll do everything we can to help you get your digital downloads up and running. If your Merch isn’t listed above, but you’ve ordered a mug, phone case, poster, etc. from us, and it is faulty or damaged, we will of course replace it free of charge. Please drop us an email to and include a picture of the damage.
